What We're Reading

I remember, when A was little, she loved this book. I totally forgot about it until I saw it in the library the other day. It is a sweet little eye spy book about nursery rhymes. I think the copyright said 1978.

Ticia from Adventures in Mommydom told us to check this out last week. We love Doreen Cronin and have read and own many of her books but, we had never gotten around to reading this one. It is so cute.

Classic. I love books with no words.

Again an Eric Carle book. Love him!

Poor Rover gets squished as animals join him in his doghouse. But, no one realized that a skunk snuck in and he clears the dog house out. This one was read to us a few weeks ago at story time and D really liked it.

Each Peach Pear Plum sounds cute, Selena loves I spy games, I will have to look for it.

We enjoyed Does A Kangaroo Have A Mother Too.

Great books!

We picked up Does a Kangaroo Have a Mother Too last week and M really enjoyed it. We also have Dooby Dooby Moo and both kids love it.

Thanks for joining again. We have read a few Cronin's books, and they were sort of hit-and-miss. I have Wiggle now, and we'll see how that one goes. And we might pick up this Carle book in the library, he is one of our favorite authors here.

I'm definitely going to look for Each peach pear plum! So many others sound good too - I'm sure M would enjoy Move Over, Rover, and I really need to look for some Cronin books, I've heard so many good things about them. Thanks!

I'm so glad it was liked! And I'm going to have to find "Each Peach Pear Plum" too, I'm a sucker for anything nursery rhyme, and my kids are starting to get into I Spy books.
