My six words are
Be Positive and Keep it Simple.
I always try to have my cup half full. My kids would probably argue with that sometimes, but it do try. Life is so much easier if you look for the positive in everything. Plus the less you stress the longer you will live.
I am working on Keeping it Simple too. I really need to do some decluttering. It is just so easy to justify keeping things.
